Then you have the cool and refreshing pool sitting below the tiered backyard which offers so many possibilities. This would make an ideal Airbnb for someone as it is only minutes to the Rainbow River and about half an hour to Crystal River and the Gulf. You really need to put this one on your must see list. Roof replaced in 2018, Hot Water Heater in 2009 and the HVAC 2013 so there should be no problem getting insurance.
